Please do not forget about final finishes that may change the overall appearance and add some character to your happy place. Just to name a few of these items: gutters- can be colorful, different sizes and shaped; trim-also, different colors and materials: soffit-color, shape, material and function, etc. Also they may require repairs or replacement sooner than your siding.
